How long do I hold the power button on my Arrow?
To turn on the Arrow, hold the power button down until the fuel gauge lights up – this will take about 4 seconds. Once the light appears, release the power button and the Arrow will begin to play audio.
To check the remaining charge on the Arrow, click the power button – the number of dots that light up show the level of charge.
How long does it take to charge my Arrow?
It takes roughly 2 hours to charge an Arrow via the USB charging cable. Solar charging varies depending on the strength of sunlight. 3 hours in strong, clear sunlight generally gives 2 hours of audio playback
What do I do if the Arrow isn't showing up when connected to a phone?
First, watch this portion of the Quickstart video and follow along: Find the “Files” app on both iPhone and Android. On iPhone, make sure you are in the Browse section of the Files app (you may have to click the back arrow to get there). You may also need to take off the phone case if it’s preventing the phone from connecting properly.
Each phone can be different, so this process may look a little different based on the type of phone.
How long will my Arrow last before needing to be recharged?
The expected Arrow battery life from full charge is 9 hours for a standard audio Bible.
How loud is the Arrow speaker?
The Arrow speaker is about 98dB and designed for a group of about 10 people.
